About Brian
I connect strategy to the work.

The through line
My career has taken me from collegiate athletics to healthcare, with a consistent focus: turning a clear idea into work that teams can execute.
Today, I lead marketing at WRS Group. My work spans brand strategy, demand generation, marketing operations, and sales enablement across orthopedic care and recovery businesses.
Current role / WRS Group
Leading the function
As Vice President of Marketing, I hold the company’s senior marketing role, partnering directly with the managing partners, COO, and sales leadership.
The work serves distinct audiences: sales representatives who need useful tools, physicians who need clinical credibility, and patients who need clear, empathetic information.
Building the foundation
I’ve established core marketing infrastructure, including CRM automation, website lead capture, analytics, and conversion tracking. Alongside that foundation, I’ve launched a tracked paid-acquisition funnel, developed brand identities and naming proposals, and delivered sales onboarding, training, and a shared asset library.
Putting AI to work
I run a lean marketing function supported by AI workflows and human editorial review, turning marketing experience into repeatable processes for research, content, and execution.
Why I build and write
Leading marketing keeps me close to the practical questions: what deserves attention, what can be delegated, and what needs better judgment. I explore those questions through Fuel & Focus and independent AI skills and workflows.
My point of view is simple: AI becomes more useful when you bring experience, context, and a clear standard for the work.
Strategy / execution
The story behind the mark
My work lives between strategy and execution: setting direction and building the systems that put it into practice.
The diagonal in my mark reflects that connection. The solid B is the foundation; the open gap creates breathing room; the orange corner adds a point of focus.
It is a small expression of how I approach marketing and AI: bring judgment, choose a direction, and make something useful.
