The day I started my new job, we began building Rollout Marketing—a digital agency focused on helping residential painting companies grow through high-impact marketing. Within weeks, we were pitching services. Days later, we were onboarding our first clients.
There was no structure in place - no process, no playbook, and no clarity for clients. While building the company from the inside, I also took on the role of chief account executive. That meant I wasn’t just managing accounts – I was designing the entire onboarding experience from scratch.

As COO and Implementer, I owned both operations and early client delivery. I acted as the primary point of contact for clients while building scalable systems for the agency to grow. My north star: Deliver value fast, set clear expectations and build a foundation that could scale with every new client.
Align on goals, messaging, tech stack, and success metrics. Set expectations and roles.
Launch campaigns, monitor performance, and focus on improving lead conversion.
Optimize creative and targeting. Identify scalable systems for budget expansion.
Internal agendas, email scripts, call walkthroughs, and resource checklists.
Built full marketing ops from zero using an SOP-first model – scalable from day one. This wasn’t just about operations. It was about experience design. We focused on making onboarding feel like a service in itself.
